Where we ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and international destinations are not eligible for free or flat-fee shipping promotions and may be offered at carrier-calculated rates if available.

Free Shipping

Orders with eligible items totaling $150.00 or more ship free via our most economical method.

• Items notated “Not eligible for free shipping” on the product page are excluded.
• Oversized/heavy items, vendor-direct/drop-ship items, and hazardous materials are excluded.
• If an order mixes eligible and ineligible items, we’ll apply free shipping to the eligible portion and charge the applicable rate for the rest.

Flat-Fee Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, flat fees apply by merchandise subtotal:

• Items marked “Not eligible for flat-fee shipping,” oversized/heavy items, vendor-direct/drop-ship items, and hazardous materials are excluded and will ship at carrier-calculated rates.

Carriers & Transit Times

• Primary service: USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 2–7 business days in transit within the contiguous U.S.).
• We may use equivalent services from other carriers at our discretion to meet delivery timelines.
• Order cut-off: Orders received after 4:00 p.m. Eastern process the next business day.
• Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

You’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships. Orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.

• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong/insufficient address, refused delivery, unclaimed), we’ll contact you. We can reship to a corrected address (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping and return-to-sender fees, if any.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is accepted by the carrier. We’ll help you with claims (see below), but we are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery is confirmed to the address provided.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact help@baumsboots.com as soon as possible and within the windows below so we can assist with a carrier claim:

• Lost/not delivered: Within 7 business days after the last carrier scan or expected delivery date.
• Marked “Delivered” but not received (porch theft): Report within 3 business days of the carrier’s “Delivered” scan after checking with household members and neighbors.
• Damaged in transit: Report within 3 business days of delivery and include photos of the outer box, inner packing, and the damaged item.

Allow us up to three business days to coordinate with the carrier. Please retain all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Exceptions & Delays

Weather, peak holiday volumes, carrier disruptions, and events beyond our control may extend processing or transit times. We’ll communicate material delays whenever possible.
